Dear Sir or Madam,

On January 3, 2024, ENGIE SAR merged with ENGIE SERVICES Sp. z o. o., which is the last stage of the transformation initiated in 2018, related to the entry of ENGIE SAR into the ENGIE Group.

The activities of ENGIE SAR will be continued through the SAR Branch in Warsaw, which is part of ENGIE Services. I am pleased to inform you that as the Branch Managing Director and Proxy, I will be responsible for running the activities of the SAR Branch, in cooperation with the Branch's Deputy Managing Director, Magdalena Zarańska.

The SAR Branch and its employees, as before, will be responsible for providing specialized maintenance and implementation services for Data Center facilities, Hospitals and public clients based on the structure, know-how and good practices developed by ENGIE SAR engineers and technicians over the years.

I would also like to assure our current clients that the level of services provided will not change and these services will be provided based on both existing human resources with the necessary authorizations and competences, as well as existing management processes. Entering the structures of ENGIE Services Sp. z o. o. will enable us to continue to develop and further improve the quality of the services we provide to you.

In 2024 and beyond, the SAR Branch will continue to develop its activities and competences, based on included 2023 successes but not limited to:

• obtaining a comprehensive maintenance contract with a leading European Data Center colocation operator,
• implementation of an executive contract for a modular server room in Pomerania and obtaining an executive contract for the newly established Data Center campus near Warsaw,
• carrying out the first reliability audits and energy efficiency audits,
• investing in the further development of our employees, including: numerous technical and managerial training courses.
