For over 25 years, the Company has been providing comprehensive Advanced Technical Maintenance Support (24/7/365) aimed at ensuring fuli Functional Safety and maximum Uptime (via Functional Metrics, as per SLA) of all Critical Infrastructure.
In 2015, the company incorporated into its statutory activities the principles of operational management in line with:
Uptime Institute “Data Center Slte Infrastructure Tier standard: Operational Sustainabillty”, and ANSI / TIA-942 A “Telecommunications Infrastructure Standard for Data Centers”.
The company’s personnel is consistently improving their qualifications, gaining new competences in the field of management and organization of the service structure based on the strictest SLA requirements. Obtaining the ATS Accredited Tier Specialist Uptime certification (No. 922) for Critical Technical infrastructure maintenance guarantees ap- plication of best practices and fuli Functional Safety of all Critical Technical Infrastructure, including server rooms.
Currently, ENGIE SARfocuses on ensuring the highest level of Operational Sustainability of all Technical Infrastructure, in accordance with EU regulations, provisions, and standards: PN-EN 50600, PN-EN 50600-1, PN-EN 50600-2-2, PN-EN 50600-2-3, and the analysis of the provisions of the PN-EN 50600-3-1 standard.
