We increase the energy efficiency of facilities by optimizing the energy consumption needed to achieve the assumed level of functionality metrics (including thermal comfort, air quality, lighting level, etc.) throughout the investment. Based on many years of experience in understanding key technological processes characteristic of server rooms/Data Centers, clean rooms and ice water nodes, we achieve the concepts of design solutions dedicated to saving energy consumption through detailed analyses of the possibility of using the latest technical solutions, implementation of intelligent building automation systems and verification of the actual demand for utilities.

ENERGY EFFICIENCY

Building energy efficiency, i.e. efficient use of energy, aims to reduce the amount of energy needed to achieve the desired level of comfort, including optimal temperature and humidity, air quality and lighting levels. Improving energy efficiency through the use of more efficient technologies reduces the amount of energy needed to achieve the same level of comfort, and typically extends equipment life and reduces running costs.

 

ENGIE SAR provides consulting services in the assessment of energy efficiency of buildings in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 15 April 2011. An energy audit is an essential element of the process of applying for energy efficiency certificates (white certificates) or other forms of financing all types of modernizations financed from subsidies, loans or aid programmes, but it is also an element of good practice in the operation of buildings and determining the current needs for modernization and renovation of installations.

 

The energy audit is the result of close cooperation between the Client and the auditors. The view of an "outside" person is free from bias and routine in carrying out procedures and activities in place that are used by site administrators and technicians. The energy audit consists of the following:

 

The energy audit is performed by an interdisciplinary team of electrical engineers, automation engineers and HVAC&R technicians. The equipment used in carrying out the measurements is calibrated by an accredited Metrological Laboratory.
