For over 20 years, the Company has been providing comprehensive Advanced Technical Maintenance Support (D-B-O-M) aimed at ensuring full Functional Safety and maximum Uptime (via Functional Metrics, 24/7/365, as per SLA) of all Critical Infrastructure of the Data Center.

In 2015, the Company incorporated into its statutory activities the principles of operational management in line with: Uptime Institute "Data Center Site Infrastructure Tier Standard: Operational Sustainability", and ANSl/TIA-942 A "Telecommunications Infrastructure Standard for Data Centers".

Since 2021, Engie SAR has established close cooperation with RED, a company owned by Engie Impact. RED, with its offices in several locations around the world and boasting completed projects in over 70 different countries, is one of the leading design offices operating on the Data Center market. Our cooperation with RED covers mainly the issues of sustainable development, power usage optimization (PUE), Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) and Commissioning.

Performing authorized inspections and repairs of devices, installations and systems in close cooperation with suppliers of Critical Infrastructure (OEMs).

PUE optimization to meet design objectives, recommendations for solutions increasing the energy efficiency of systems.

AUDITS AND EXPERT TECHNICAL OPINIONS

Prepared by an installation expert in the field of HVAC&R networks, installations and devices, including precision air conditioning installations for server rooms with heat gains above 1 kW/m2 and special air conditioning installations for clean rooms.

CONSULTING AND ENGINEERING SUPPORT

Throughout the entire investment process and operation of the DATA CENTER, with particular emphasis on Uptime and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).
