In 2018, SAR joined the ENGIE Group in order to expand the portfolio of services provided in Poland, in particular in the field of comprehensive SLA maintenance services and specialized implementation services for the areas of Data Center, Hospitality and Clean Rooms. On January 3, 2024, ENGIE SAR merged with ENGIE SERVICES Sp. z o. o., which is the last stage of the transformation initiated in 2018, related to ENGIE SAR's entry into the ENGIE Group.
Dedicated expert groups operating within the international structures of the ENGIE Group, such as Data Center Community of Practice and ENGIE LAB Cylergie, allow for a valuable exchange of experience and further development of expert and technical competences. The experience and human potential of ENGIE SERVICES SAR Branch in Warsaw as a technical leader in the provision of specialist services in Poland, combined with access to the resources and know-how of the ENGIE Group in the world, open up new development opportunities for SAR, especially as part of the implementation of international contracts. The combination of ENGIE and SAR opens up new perspectives for us. The combination of the Group's potential in the field of financing and global projects with the know-how and references of SAR will allow us to implement larger and more prestigious projects. It is also an opportunity for all of us for even faster professional and personal development.
