COMMISSIONING

Based on its extensive experience in Data Center Operations and Maintenance (O&M), ENGIE SAR ensures comprehensive guidance to the Client throughout the Commissioning process and avoiding both design errors and functional problems in further operations, which is of absolute importance for the DC Client.

In addition, the experience of ENGIE SAR employees is supported by close cooperation with RED Engineering, a company that is a world leader in DC design and commissioning for the biggest Clients.

LEVEL 1

FACTORY WITNESS TESTING (FWT)

The Company cooperates with the leading Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) offering equipment dedicated to Data Centers, which facilitates ongoing consultation and validation of Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs) of devices, installations or systems.

LEVEL 2

SITE ACCEPTANCE INSPECTION

Site acceptance inspection experience during the installation process of DC equipment allows us to avoid errors of installation technicians, extending the installation process or problems during the subsequent levels.

LEVEL 3

PRE-FUNCTIONAL TESTING (PFT)

The combination of experience both in the Build and Maintain phase at this level of Commissioning will allow us to quickly identify any faults during start-up and commissioning of devices, installations or systems.

LEVEL 4

FUNCTIONAL PERFORMANCE TESTING (FPT)

Our vast Technical Maintenance Service experience allows us to safely and professionally conduct individual functional performance tests of DC equipment to validate and match design assumptions.

LEVEL 5

INTEGRATED SYSTEMS TESTING (IST)

Carrying out functional and resilience tests for all critical DC infrastructure and validating design algorithms will indicate the correctness of the Commissioning process at the previous levels. Our vast Technical Maintenance Service experience in DC facilities will allow us to identify Single Points of Failure (SPOFs) critical for the operation of the facilities and prepare comprehensive Emergency Procedures, which will be added to the Operation and Maintenance Manual (O&M Manual).
