Full maintenance support of HVAC&R systems and plumbing installations (24/7/365), on-site staff presence (3 engineers responsible for providing the service, 36 site technicians assigned only to perform the service in both facilities), a direct 24-hour hotline for HVAC&R systems and plumbing installations and readiness to carry out corrective interventions.
