PROJECT No. 1

Modernization of comfort cooling and air conditioning stations on active chilled water installations in the bank's facility in Warsaw

Build of multi-technical projects (performance of activities necessary to obtain White Certificates for Investments) along with the modernization of the cooling station (delivery and installation of 3 new water chillers (~300kW), build of the piping system with cold water pipe insulation and galvanized steel sheet coating, build of power supply installations for 3 new water chillers, delivery and installation of a water chiller (~760kW) for comfort air conditioning, comprehensive SLA-based warranty service during the warranty period) (Qch~1660kW).

 

PROJECT No. 2

Design and Build of the modernization of the precision air conditioning installation in server rooms, along with the power supply system and the master automation and monitoring system in BMS, in a public administration facility (bank).

The scope of the contract included the selection of air-conditioning installation for server rooms and auxiliary rooms, adapted to dissipate heat gains and ensure appropriate temperature and humidity parameters, taking into account the requirement to achieve the highest possible energy efficiency (guaranteed value of the PUE metric not higher than 1.48), while ensuring required redundancy.

A complete adaptation (Design and Build) of the existing rooms for the needs of server rooms in the buildings of ENGIE EC Słupsk (Combined Heat and Power Plant)
